Roel is a senior corporate lawyer. He has been working in corporate legal services since 1991 after completing his studies in national and international business law at Maastricht University. Besides extensive knowledge of corporate, contract, and labour law, Roel has a proven track record in negotiations, dispute resolution, and handling dismissal procedures. He also advises self-employed persons, SME's and large companies in need of legal assistance and if necessary litigation support.

Leon Vankan
Leon obtained the title of chartered accountant at the NIVRA training institute. He was the founder and owner of Vankan Accountants. This accountancy firm was transferred to GIBO Groep, which now operates under the name Flynth. International accountancy, corporate finance and the financing of renewable energy projects were his areas of focus. After his CFO position at the Windvision Group, Léon is now CEO at WV International. In addition, he is director of Plaza Nederland B.V. and Zorg & Co. Léon combines these positions with consultancy work for FinLaw Services.

Ivo Vankan
Ivo received his bachelor’s degree from Zuyd University, where he studied business economics. He runs an accounting firm as a self-employed person and works as a corporate financial controller at FinLaw Services. He does this for numerous domestic and foreign clients in the Renewable Energy sector and other industries.
