Legal
After studying the business plan and approving a financial application, we place the project in question in a corporate and tax law framework. We do this by providing independent advice and implementing this together with our clients. We guide them throughout the entire process, with or without the cooperation of external experts such as civil-law notaries, tax specialists and (local) lawyers. And in that regard: we attach great importance to partnerships that are in line with the transparent and open character of FinLaw Services and the people who work there.
Financing
Many banks have standardized and slow processes. These often make it impossible, especially for small and medium-sized investors, to implement a project quickly and efficiently. We have the roadmap, insight and agility to put our clients in touch with the right people at the right bank or private investor within a short period of time for just that one project.

Who We are
FinLaw Services is active in the field of financial intermediation and (corporate) legal advice. We work for the corporate market. Our area of operation extends across thirteen countries. From Europe and Africa to the Balkan region, we finance projects with a combined value of hundreds of millions of euros. We do not have a strictly defined economic sector in which we offer our services. However, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is always the underlying and guiding principle.
Some Of Our Recent Projects
WV International is a Renewable Energy Developer active in Serbia and Africa. They sold their European activities to BlackRock in 2020. FinLaw Services assists in all legal matters, financing of the projects, and international corporate structering.
KBK Visuals is a leading company providing (inter)national artists with high-end motion graphics, stage design, live visuals/VJ perfomances and technical production for various events ranging from corporate to largescale dance events, individual artists or TV shows. FinLaw Services assists KBK Visuals in all legal matters.
Zorg & Co is a healthcare provider that works in cooperation with independent contractors. By taking out the middle men and layers, the healthcare can be provided cheaper, faster, and more personal. FinLaw Services assists in all legal an corporate matters.
